Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions govern the relationship between you, the customer, and the DAT Agency LLC:
Booking Process
a. All bookings must be made in writing or online.
b. Upon booking, a deposit must be paid to secure your reservation.
c. The remaining balance must be paid at least 30 days prior to departure, unless otherwise stated.
d. If booking within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Pricing
a. The price of each Product will be quoted on a per-person basis, unless otherwise specified.
b. Prices are based on the local tariff at the time of quoting.
c. Price quotations are subject to change without notice, until a Booking has been made.
d. Unless the DAT Agency LLC has otherwise specified, prices do not include any local taxes or use-fees, including foreign departure, security, port charges, park fees, customs, immigration, agricultural, passenger-facility charges or international transportation tax.
e.Inclusions are determined by the DAT Agency LLC. Prices do not include tips/gratuities; passport and visa fees; baggage and personal insurance; any items of a personal nature; taxes or duties; and any beverages or food that the Supplier has not specifically stated are included.
Changes and Cancellations
a. Changes to the itinerary after booking may be subject to additional fees.
b. If you wish to cancel your booking, the deposit will be forfeited and cancellation fees may apply.
c. If the DAT Agency LLC cancels the trip, a full refund will be given.
d. Occasionally a Supplier may make a change to a Product after your purchase, including but not limited to the date, price, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, and/or any other Product features and/or requirements. As a result, DAT Agency LLC (acting on the Supplier’s behalf), reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any Product that you have purchased, at any time, for any reason. If the change proposed by the Supplier is material (for example, a change in dates and/or a significant change to the itinerary), and you are dissatisfied with the alternative that is offered, you will be entitled to a full refund of the original purchase price
Travel Insurance
a. We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect yourself against any unforeseen circumstances, such as medical emergencies, trip cancellations, or lost baggage.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have adequate travel insurance coverage.
Passports and Visas
a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have a valid passport and any necessary visas for your trip.
b. The DAT Agency LLC will not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred due to failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.
Health and Safety
a. It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in good health and fit to travel.
b. The DAT Agency LLC will not be responsible for any health issues that may arise during the trip.
c. You must comply with all local laws and regulations during your trip, including any health and safety protocols.
Liability
a. The DAT Agency LLC will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during the trip.
b. The DAT Agency LLC will not be liable for any additional costs or expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or transportation delays.
c. DAT Agency LLC's liability will be limited to the amount paid for the booking.
Dispute Resolution
a. Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the trip itself will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the DAT Agency LLC is based.
b. Any legal action must be brought within one year of the date of the incident giving rise to the claim.
